Problems with my NFTs on Rarible

I am experiencing an issue with the images associated with my NFT’s on Rarible.

For the past few months, I’ve been running into an issue with how my NFT images are displaying on the Rarible platform. It’s been pretty frustrating and has really slowed down my progress on developing my Liaksiej.Philately collection.

Everything is displaying correctly on OpenSea

OpenSea is showing my collection just fine, all images are loading except for #46. If #46 still won’t display next, I’ll just burn the token and reissue the stamp.

I reached out to Rarible twice, but never heard back from them

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I have contacted Rarible technical support twice for help, but haven’t received a response yet.

I’ve gone ahead and generated 2 tickets. I’m posting them numbers without worrying about scammers since, at this point, I’ve pretty much given up on getting a legit response from Rarible. So honestly, I couldn’t care less if someone tries to use this number.

first ticket

2nd ticket

The results disappointed me. This is particularly frustrating given that my NFT collection has yet to gain traction and no sales have been made, it’s disheartening when your project faces obstacles that are completely out of your control.

Rarible is no longer available to users in Belarus without the use of a VPN

Rarible is blocked in my country [Belarus], which is yet another red flag for me, I think it’s time to move on from this platform.

I’m planning to move the collection over to OpenSea to mint some new NFT stamps there

  • I’ve never done anything like this before, so I’ll need to do some research into the technical side of things.
  • I’ll be putting up a separate post on the website with more details about the results.
  • It’s a step I need to take, I want to keep developing the collection, even if this project hasn’t been a huge success so far.

Just a heads up the NFT page and the article about my collection philosophy will be getting some updates due to a few issues I’ve had with Rarible

I really want to make sure there’s no room for confusion, no matter what.

So, going forward, Pages and Banners will be linked to OpenSea instead of Rarible. This means I’ll be swapping out both the logos and any old written references and replacing them with OpenSea.

In some cases, like in an article about a collection, you’ll notice a special mark showing the edition date and a quick explanation of the move from Rarible to OpenSea. Pretty straightforward!

“Thank you for your attention to this matter!” 😀
